I thought of making use of sweet dreams for convenience. But i according to them the labour departments online system is offline. I feel they should have told me before i registered and paid for their services. Its been 2 months and i still havent recieved my UIF maternity money. I informed them that i was thinking of going myself to labour department to submit my documents because its been too long. But they will not refund my money. I paid R700 and they are only willing to refund R200. And then i must still go to them to fetch my documents so that i can submit myself. Which will cost me R200 petrol to collect my documents. As i live in mitchells plain and there office is in N1 city. very dissatisfied!! i suggest you rather go to the labour department yourself and not waste your money on sweet dreamz.
I would 100% recommend unique panel and spray in retreat. The staff is nice, especially Charmaine whom assisted from the beginning and made sure i was satisfoed. My car went in on a monday and i got my car friday that same week as per agreement. On the friday i called and was told that my car wont be readu due to unforseen repairs. I explained no-one made contact with me to inform me and i need my car as it is weekend. But it was all hands on deck and i got my car the friday. I am happy with the repairs done to my vehicle. Charmaine you are the best!! And to the unique staff who carried out the repair and made sure I got my car back on agreed day, thank you so much!! Your excellent service is much appreciated!!
I always do my monthly shopping at checkers. I visit checkers hyper in tokai seldom. And had a unsatisfactory experience last week 26th Jan. Firstly all my sanlam reality coupons could not be redeemed at the till point. And when I noticed the discount coupon was not redeemed I went to the customer service section to query. There I was told its because some of there products is marked down with extra save and hence coupon was not app****. I showed them on the slip that there were products that was marked down and I still received the discount coupon. And I also said I always redeem these coupons (at checkers mitchells plain) and never had this problem before. I insisted it was there system error or cashier error but they did not want to understand my point. While scrutinizing my slip, I noticed something that was marked down on checkers extra save on the shelf. Was not marked down on my till slip. I informed them and again they did not want to believe me. One of the workers went to check the shelf and saw it was indeed marked down. I argued my point again that their system was not working correctly, but they told me to query the coupons by sanlam reality and refunded the difference of the product that was not marking down as extra save, without even apologizing. If I had not scrutinized my slip, I would never have known I'm being ****** by checkers tokai. I'm so dissapointed with the service I received!
If there was an option to give 0 stars. I would do that. My car has been there since 3rd October and it is still not done. I informed them a week a ago that i need the car to be done today and they said it would. Only to be told today that the car will take another week. They honestly couldnt care how much of a inconvenience they cause. Blatantly telling me there is no courtecy car available in there work shop to use for the weeekend and that the car wont be done the weekend. I really needed the car the weekend. My car is standing there with a full tank of petrol, i had to make a way fpr travelling to work for the rest of the month of october. They inconvenienced me financially. Please if your insurance recommends them do not choose them. Ask for an alternative repair shop. They will make empty promises regarding the time of completion. They are terrible!!! Constantprofitx is one big pyramid ****! Someone hacked my friends facebook account and got me into investing with this company constant profitx. I started off my investment with R3800 ($200) and was guaranteed a profit after 17 hours. After 17 hours was emailed from support@mcbtrustbitcoinmine.com saying my profit is $3900 but I must pay 10%of the profit first before receiving my 90% share of the profit. I paid the 10% and after I paid it and made the withdrawal from my trading account. I was told that there was an increase in the marketing system and that I need to upgrade my account in order to receive the additional profit of $15000. But to upgrade my account it would cost $2600. That is where I stopped. I got hold of my friend and he conformed his account has been hacked.
I always receive such patient, kind and helpful assistance from the retention staff. They are always will to assist and resolve my query. And I love the online app, it is so convenient.
Online shopping has become the new norm because it is so convenient. Always a happy client purchasing Online by other stores. But I regret purchasing products at clicks Online. Online shopping is supposed to be convenient but clicks made my online shopping as inconvenient as they could. I received the wrong item when Imy order arrived. On Monday when I received my order I informed them I got the wrong order. My enquiry is still not resolved. Or rather I'm not happy with the solution/outcome they are proving. According to them I can go to any clicks to exchange the product or if it's not the products I wanted I can get a full cash refund. I bought these oroducys online because all the clicks in and surround my area does not sell BIODERMA products. I have to drive out 30-40 km to a clicks that sell BIODERMA products. So it was just more convenient for me to order online and have it delivered. Clicks is also saying that the packaging is different but the product is correct, which is not the case. If the packaging g was different the description should have still been the same. But the description is wrong. It's definitely not the product I ordered. I'm so disappointed in clicks for this inconvenience they are causing me. I just want my item to be delivered to me. And I will return the incorrect item. I don't want a cash refund. Nor am I willing to drive to clicks to sort out a mess that was caused by clicks. Terrible customer service! I will never purchase online from clicks again.
<div>A very bad experience with my renault. Took it to them ror a problem with my starter in November. They then said they had to do a diagnostic scan. Which they and and I paid R1000 for it. According to them, the starter was the problem. I then struggled to get hold of the guy that assisted me (Shaun). Everytime I call they say his busy and they will get him to contact me. He never ever contacted me!. I called in January and said I would like to deal with the manager bit apparently the manager also wasn't available. It was said the managers wil contact me, which also never happened! In January, my husband applied online regarding sales... 123... someone calls immediately (shocking hey). I then explained to the manager (Roy), what my issue with renault is. He then arranged for me to take the car in and they will submit the claim. Renault then told ne it will be R9000 for the job. R6000 for the starter and R3000 for labor. And that my insurance is only covering R4000 so I basically had to then pay on R5000! Ridiculous! And apparently that price they gave was with discount! I told them I won't be able to and then fetched the car. I then took the car somewhere else(which is RMI approved), which they quoted R4100 (labour and starter included). We took the car in and upon them checking the car out. The guy said that it's not the starter it's some bolt that needs to be replaced (the starter was swinging/slipping). And for the replacement of the bolt the cost R2000 in total. And I did not even do a diagnostic scan at this place. The question I have for renault is... is your staff qualified enough? Because what was the R1000 for, for the diagnostic scan? But the actual problem wasn't even found? ! I hereby request a refund for the diagnostic scan that was conducted by renault. Regards,</div>
Msure is a total rip off!!! I paid R7000 upfront for motor warranty insurance. Which was by the way only for 2 years. So this calculated to almost R300 per month. This is my last month of cover and first time claiming over the 2 year period. And they don't cover fully for the repair/replacement of my starter. Of the R7000 I paid they only want to cover R4000 for my starter. And the repair dealers that is msure approved are so expensive! So now it's expected of me to pay R5000 because the total job cost is R9000(this was at renault). Why can't they use/approve cheaper repair shops, of they know their cover is so little? I joined first for women almost 2 years ago. Comprehensive car insurance and scratch and dent insurance. I submitted a claim on my scratch and dent policy(it was literally just a scratch, no dent at all) only for it to be rejected because the the damages came out to more than what the scratch and dent covers. Scratch and dent is as waste of money please do not take out scratch and dent with first for women. I then told them to pay out the money to me that it is insured for and according to them this cannot be done. SUPER FRUSTRATING BECAUSE WHY AM I THEN PAYING FOR INSURANCE, THIS MONEY THEN MEEDS TO BE PAID OUT TO ME SO THAT I CAN HAVE THE SCRATCH SEEN TO ON MY VEHICLE. I wasnt happy this outcome and the consultant that assisted me said she will get a manager to call me... I told her in expecting the call the same day from the manager but no manager called. 2 days later I called again and was advised that i can get a quote from another assessor that has to be approved. I then asked for a list of approved panelbeaters but still haven't received it. I am upset with the service I received from 1st for women and them looking for any excuse to reject the claim. If this is happening with scratch and dent, I can only imagine what will happen with a claim on my comprehensive cover. Super disappointed in first for women. Their poor service shows why they so affordable... feel like canceling my plans with them. For as long as I have this plan, not once did they have problems with me paying my insurance, now that I have to claim, I'm having problems with them. PATHETIC!!!!
