My car came out with more damage that was given by the company, and they wanted more money to repair their damage. The manager just looked at me.
Unexpectedly increased costs after the full amount was paid, without warning. Sold us the incorrect inverter that is not allowed for residential use in Cape Town . Really poor experience.
Really bad, the delivery was a month late in delivery and broken. It was an expensive purchase and did not work. I tried to get their help but they blocked my every attempt. Very sad to deal with such sharks
The Cape Town branch of Pools 4 Us and Tygerberg Pools offers customer service that is nothing short of abuse. Barbara (the agent from Tygerberg Pools) took unprofessional to a whole new level; 1. I had to follow up with her after having no correspondence for about 2 months, only to find out that they were battling to find where the sanitation pipes were running. When I followed up Mari (the office admin assistant from Polls 4 Us) told me the problem, so I went down to the council and got the map for them. The gentleman who helped me at sanitation got the map very easily, he simply opened an email that he had previously sent to Pools 4 Us and there it was! When I asked Mari about this she said that she had only received it late that afternoon. The joke is that the guys from sanitation leave the office at 10:30 am and are on site the rest of the day – making Mari’s story – exactly that - a ‘story’! 2. It then took a further months wait before the pool could be installed. 3. Barbara then ordered the incorrect pool, and gave us another story, so there was a further delay. Her staff loved it though they spent most of the day sleeping and playing on their phones. 4. She NEVER arrived when she said she would, sometimes a few hours late, sometimes days late. 5. She seldom responded to emails, she NEVER lets you know if there is a problem, so you find you have to constantly follow her up and when asked about her incompetence she blames everything and anything excluding herself. 6. My husband took leave from work so that he could let her in to complete the job, and she did not bother to let us know she was no longer coming (she still has not come – 2 days later)! 7. She did not arrange for timeous rubble removal and I subsequently lost my grass and the sand blew into the pool at least an inch thick (we were scooping it out with buckets), not to mention the amount of cardboard in the pool and filter. 8. Her staff broke my garden fencing. 9. Her staff left cigarette butts and rubbish all over my garden, which blew into the pool. 10. Her staff messed around with my borehole, so that I had to get it fixed. 11. The creepy crawly they supplied did not work, probably due to the amount of trash that was in the pool, and I am STILL waiting for them to fix it. 12. I must say that once she realised just how angry we were with her, she did try to contact us and arrange a meeting, except sadly she was not able to work around our times (her terms or the highway). Truly, do yourself a favour; avoid this company like the plague!

<p>Lukas/ Lucas du Toit is an electrician in Cape Town Belville area, who has cheated and deceived me. Avoid employing this man if you dont want to loose money. Be warned, he is a charmer, but does not deliver, and since firing him, some of my possessions have gone missing and others mysteriously been sabotaged (he kept keys of mine and now I need to change the locks as well as hire another electrician to redo all of his work, plus purchase new items that he damaged). This man has messed me around for months.</p>
