Bad service Uniquesmart Technologies

I have booked my phone in at MTN Key West, they've send it to this company Uniquesmart Technologies to repair. MTN did not inform me about a rejection fee of the quote. Yesterday this company send me a sms saying "The repair to your Samsung SM-S901EZKGAFA is now completed" a few minutes a lady phoned me and say the battery is out of warrantee and there is a fee to repair the battery. About an hour later I receive a quote for R2150 to repair the battery. I got other quotes which where cheaper so I declined the quote and then the lady emailed me and said there is a R370 rejection fee to be paid and until it is not paid they will keep my phone.

This is very bad service and very bad that MTN use such a company to do their repairs.
