Reckless driving by the driver of this company & false promise of taking responsibility for accident caused by the driver

This bus company transport Shembe congregants to KZN every year in January but one of their drivers knocked me last year 2025 in January and promised that his company will take full responsibility as he was the one at fault causing collusion but until today in 2026, my insurance company has been trying to reach them to settle the costs with no luck, I gave all the details of the driver but until to date there’s no positive outcome.

I trust that the congregants are careful of using same bus company for their safety.
