Poor Customer Service, Incompetency & inconsiderate attitude I have rim & tire cover with for the past 4 years and for my first time in 4 years, claim I have been trying to get assistance from the morning. No response whatsoever, o am the one who keeps checking the status of my claim only to be told wait we are checking until they drop the call, mind you I called them with my phone.
I wish to appreciate First for Women for a good service experienced on Friday 24/04/2026. I’m one person who is vocal when dissatisfied but this time I feel it is proper that I commend them for their prompt assistance when I had a flat tire. I called them stressed and scared, within few minutes a tow truck arrived and towed my car to the nearest dealership and changed my tire. I was so thankful for such gesture as it assured me that I’m with the right people who understands that safety comes first. Even the service provider they sent was efficient & professional thank you so much.
This is my second complaint in a space of a week, I these people are ****mers do not insure your cars with them. I cancelled the insurance and they even sent cancellation letter but they went on to debit in January 15 2026 and never refunded my money, again on 17 January they attempted debiting same amount again creating a negative balance for no reason in my account.
I am still waiting my one year old (12 months) refund which they keep changing stories about initials not paying them. I believe that they have received payments from unitrans but they are now making excuses not to pay me.
I have the worst experience with this insurance for my car, I have been trying to contact them to declare some changes for my insurance with no joy whatsoever, until I decided to cancel and take another one because it was clear that if they can’t assist for just changes, what will happen in times of need? They went on & debit my account despite me cancelling the insurance and now I have to pay for 2 insurance companies for one month. I want them to reverse the amount they debited in my account this month urgently.
Still awaiting excess refund of the accident that took place in 5 2025 & it’s now January 2026. Last communication was received from them in October but till to date no refund has been received.
This bus company transport Shembe congregants to KZN every year in January but one of their drivers knocked me last year 2025 in January and promised that his company will take full responsibility as he was the one at fault causing collusion but until today in 2026, my insurance company has been trying to reach them to settle the costs with no luck, I gave all the details of the driver but until to date there’s no positive outcome. I trust that the congregants are careful of using same bus company for their safety.
It’s now November 2025 and still waiting for my excess fee refund for the accident that took place in January 2025 where third party admitted to be in the wrong and promised to pay but this insurance is failing to pay me and they are not responding to my communication.
Do not waste your money on these people, they advise you they will refund you should you pay your excess during car accident repairs if third party was the one on the wrong during the accident but when it’s time to pay you, they come up with so many stories, I have been waiting January until to date I have not received same yet the third party[driver] even confirmed to be on the wrong & to take full responsibility
I have been having problems with fibre account which Vodacom decided to increase without ny knowledge, I sent an email saying same but no assistance was received. Upon checking again I’m told I have another device I should be paying for and in arrears but I have no knowledge of it, if I’m checking with customer care to tell which device they keep sending me to go to the shop when I get to the shop I’m told to call customer.
