Low Quality

I reviewed this company 3 years ago and stopped buying their products, until recently. (Prior to 2020 I used to buy a lot of their products until the quality declined.) I thought I'd give them another go and see if they have improved.

Well it is exactly same issue as before! Their paper towels (Dinu Mega) have perforation problems. The towels do not break along the perforation, instead they tear into the square and the result is shreds of paper towel that are unusable.

As before, I brought the issue to their attention. Seemingly, it is not a priority for them to improve anything, so again I will just go back to supporting another company instead.
