Manufacturer of consistently päthëtïc products. Do not seem to care after I spoke to them about their terrible products multiple times. They always said they would "investigate" but it seems nothing ever comes of it. All talk and no action. I do not appreciate being rïppëd öff.

I reviewed this company 3 years ago and stopped buying their products, until recently. (Prior to 2020 I used to buy a lot of their products until the quality declined.) I thought I'd give them another go and see if they have improved. Well it is exactly same issue as before! Their paper towels (Dinu Mega) have perforation problems. The towels do not break along the perforation, instead they tear into the square and the result is shreds of paper towel that are unusable. As before, I brought the issue to their attention. Seemingly, it is not a priority for them to improve anything, so again I will just go back to supporting another company instead.

I would not recommend considering working for this company. The employee working in HR(Shamiek Narandas) is extremely unprofessional. I was called on my cell for a screening interview, for a "Procurement Administrator" position at the plant in Ga-Rankuwa. The first thing that was discussed was the salary and I was emailed the job description which clearly stated the job at a C2 level position. I attended the 2nd interview on ZOOM and again the salary and job category was discussed from the onset. A week later I was called for a 3rd interview to Ga-Rankuwa and had to travel all the way from KwaZulu-Natal. The 3rd interview was with the Procurement manager, the MD , Shamiek and some other random manager. The interview was no longer than 20 min, I was the asked to wait in reception to wait for an outcome. I was called back in and told that in fact this job category was a level C1 and not a C2(They had changed it whilst I was waiting in reception) and they were going to offer me R4000 less that was was discussed prior to my arrival! I rejected their offer and moved on. Shamiek then left the room with me and continuously apologized for how unprofessional they were and left the offer open for me to decide. I took a few days to see whether I could make it work but it was impossible as I had to relocate and cover a lot of expenses. I sent them a formal email expressing my disappointment and kindly rejected the offer, and also stated that the decent thing for them to do is to reimburse me for the costs of traveling all the way there and finding accommodation. A week later I received an email requesting a list of my expenses incurred, I replied with proof pf payments and gave them a comprehensive list of the expenses incurred. This was sent to Shamiek. After that I never heard from them. This email was sent back in October. The staff are unprofessional, they don't really have an established procurement department with not direction and I am glad things worked out the way they did because this company does not know how to act with integrity and professionalism. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone at my career level to apply here for anything, It will cost you financially and will be a massive waste of your time!
