My son made a payment online 3 months ago for the last subject in his degree, there was a Paygatr issue and the funds never reflected, we had to then make another payment so he could do the final subject. After numerous backwards and forwards sending bank statements, calling emailing etc. It was confirmed in writing that they have in fact received the first payment and would credit his UJ account. He now needs to register for his tax modules - a SLP and low and behold - no payment credited on his account. We actually have an email from one of the people in the finance department saying he must not worry they will make sure he is registered for the SLP and he has the proof of payment received. Now the SLP registration date is closed, and no response from anyone at UJ. This is ridiculous. Are we just supposed to write the money off? I am furious! How must my son go about getting his money and starting his SLP. We have dozens of emails and made i don't even know how many phone calls, and now are getting no response. This is *******!!! And playing around with someone's future. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
