My son made a payment online 3 months ago for the last subject in his degree, there was a Paygatr issue and the funds never reflected, we had to then make another payment so he could do the final subject. After numerous backwards and forwards sending bank statements, calling emailing etc. It was confirmed in writing that they have in fact received the first payment and would credit his UJ account. He now needs to register for his tax modules - a SLP and low and behold - no payment credited on his account. We actually have an email from one of the people in the finance department saying he must not worry they will make sure he is registered for the SLP and he has the proof of payment received. Now the SLP registration date is closed, and no response from anyone at UJ. This is ridiculous. Are we just supposed to write the money off? I am furious! How must my son go about getting his money and starting his SLP. We have dozens of emails and made i don't even know how many phone calls, and now are getting no response. This is *******!!! And playing around with someone's future. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
I brought my baby home from NICU where they had him on S26 Gold Starter Formua. So we decided to keep him on the S26 Gold, brought baby home, feed time came, and there was no scoop in the formula tin. We then had to rush to the shop with a very hungry new born to buy another tin so we could have a scoop. For a formula that costs this much, I find this totally unacceptable, especially when printed on the label it clearly says don't use another scoop but the one provided in the tin. Very dissatisfied
I have been given information that all of my personal information ie. Itc records were pulled by a Hollard employee without my permission. I reported this to Hollard, whom have done nothing to get back to me in this regard It is against the law for someones personal records to be pulled without there permission, and yet Hollard are not taking this matter seriously at all.
I sent through applications over a week ago to open a new business account. Everyday requests for more information were sent through. The lady I was dealing with told me the I would have the phones and everything by this Tuesday 26th Jan 2016, we only received the phones yesterday, Friday 29th January 2016 - but were assured by today they would be activated. Only to be told now to wait until Monday 1st Feb 2016. This is absolutely disgusting service. Had I known this I would never have gone with Vodacom for my business.
