A Disheartening Enrollment Experience: Frustration and Lack of Support from the University

I have been attempting to enroll in a PMP short course at the university, but the process has been incredibly frustrating. It feels as though I am being given the runaround, similar to enrolling for an undergraduate program. The university's enterprise has been providing me with the requirements one by one, without offering any real assistance.

I was supposed to start attending classes on the 5th, but to date, I have not attended a single class. My WhatsApp messages and emails are being ignored, and I am given excuses every time I follow up. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I had hoped to be a student at this university, and I can only imagine the challenges that current students must be facing.
