Bad account management.

I assisted a student at the university, I paid in an extra R5k, I've asked the accounts department to allow the student to use the funds for food etc, to date I've received no response or a refund.

I called and was advised ti emails, which I have done 3 times. None of my emails have been responded too

They have no ethics
