I was a student at the university of Western Cape I left because I never got support whenever I reached out and I then decided to change institutions. Upon changing institutions I needed my documents I was advised that I have an outstanding debt which I am not certain where it comes from as I was funded by Nsfas throughout my duration with them.
I the decided to make a partial payment on the student portal to ensure that a payment is made. Upon authorisation I realised that the amount was actually over 7000. I called the institution and the service from the agents was appalling not helpful at all.
I was promised a call back from a manager and I did not receive any call back.
I sent numerous emails and I’m still waiting on a response.
Every time I call the line disconnect or if an agent answer they put you on hold then disconnect.
After the payment went out I was able to reverse it however this morning at 3am UWC took the money again.
I am now back at square one explaining the same thing I send email to Helpdesk Call a number and spoke to someone reporting to Mr B Turban and I’m still waiting on them to only take 700 and send my money back I need urgent assist
