Went to physically book a room at saffron guest house. 48 minutes after the room a third party entered the room accompanied by someone who works there. This led to a physical altercation which leaded to me leaving saffron guest house instantly because I no longer felt safe. Which would’ve been avoided if they protected the people by not allowing third parties to invade. I called and spoke to the workers and asked for my refund because why would my life be at risk yet I paid money for a room which I should be safe in? All I want is my refund. You gambled with my life and expected me to still stay hours in a room that I no longer Felt safe in ? Why allow someone you don’t know to enter a room which is booked? Why not call and ask if I’m comfortable with letting whoever in instead you accompany them tell me that law says if you enter the room you must pay ? What does the law say about confidentiality? I want my refund.
I have been calling numerous times to City of Cape Town to raise a formal complaint against one of the employees by the name of Lamla kufa who is refusing to pay back money owed to me which was meant to be paid on the 28 of February. I have called and got no where my calls are no longer answered
To whoever going to deal with this i would like to know why your sites share contact details as well as email addresses when there’s actually no one to assist on your end ? I had experienced difficulties And I shared my concerns with the nsfas email and no one responded or assisted. Now I have no funding and I’m accepted at a university? Had it been that someone assisted or cared I wouldn’t be stressing because as someone who needs financial support I expected the serve to be great as financial hardship is not an easy subject. I don’t even know what to do now
My online payment is off on the app however an amount was taken from my account and all they saying is I need to contact the business that took it out how when the consult told me this wouldn’t happen again and I was assured that that would not happen but today 7000 was taken from my account but my online is set off I want my money back no one is helping but send me back and forth The notes on their system does not mirror what the consultant

I was a student at the university of Western Cape I left because I never got support whenever I reached out and I then decided to change institutions. Upon changing institutions I needed my documents I was advised that I have an outstanding debt which I am not certain where it comes from as I was funded by Nsfas throughout my duration with them. I the decided to make a partial payment on the student portal to ensure that a payment is made. Upon authorisation I realised that the amount was actually over 7000. I called the institution and the service from the agents was appalling not helpful at all. I was promised a call back from a manager and I did not receive any call back. I sent numerous emails and I’m still waiting on a response. Every time I call the line disconnect or if an agent answer they put you on hold then disconnect. After the payment went out I was able to reverse it however this morning at 3am UWC took the money again. I am now back at square one explaining the same thing I send email to Helpdesk Call a number and spoke to someone reporting to Mr B Turban and I’m still waiting on them to only take 700 and send my money back I need urgent assist
