I would just like to know why my scorecard has dropped. I have paid all my accounts, and only one is still open. It is supposed to improve, not go down.

I am in the process of buying a car, and the bank has now declined my application because my scorecard is so low. This really feels unfair.

I would appreciate it if someone could explain this to me, as I do not understand what caused the drop.
