I have paid all my accounts, and only one is still open. It is supposed to improve, not go down. I am in the process of buying a car, and the bank has now declined my application because my scorecard is so low. This really feels unfair. I logged a dispute with reference number EXP20250930-CD70032. I received an email on 30 September 2025 confirming the dispute, stating that I would receive an update within 72 hours. Today is 7 October 2025, and I still haven’t received any feedback. They are playing with people’s personal lives and clearly do not care at all.
Good day. RE: 680728 0283 0833 CAHM Berg I am so tired of sending emails to Experian and no one responds. There is a company called Maravedi Credit Solutions on my credit report. I cannot get hold of them, none of the email addresses or phone numbers work. Can Experian please investigate and find out who this company is? I want it removed because it is negatively affecting my credit score. Personally, I think the people at Experian are not trained to work under pressure. They also don’t know how to solve problems. I'm beyond frustrated with FNB's debt removal department. I've been off debt review since 2023, and all the credit bureaus have cleared me, yet FNB refuses to address my case. I understand there's a 5/10 period, but I've repeatedly explained that I can't wait that long—I need to return to England for work and have important matters to resolve with the bank. My documents have been sent to multiple people since February 14th, yet no one seems willing to assist. What has happened to customer service in South Africa?

My audit has been pending since October 2024, and despite numerous calls, I either get cut off or can't get through at all. Even making an appointment doesn’t help—SARS just sends an email with a case number, but the problem remains unresolved. Is this due to a staff shortage, or are the employees simply not competent enough to handle the work?

When I owed African Bank money and was behind on premiums, I was contacted every day by phone. However, now that I have paid my account in full, I am receiving no response from them. The payment was made to their lawyers, Coombe Incorporated, and a paid-up letter was issued. This letter was sent to clientsstatement@africanbank.co.za, but I received a bounce-back message indicating that the inbox is full. Another email was sent to CExperience@africanbank.co.za, but still, there has been no reply. Can you please advise on how to get a response? This situation is incredibly frustrating. Due to the festive season, I contacted Tesco on January 2nd, and they provided me with the following ERN number: 74007064355910008663721. Since the start of the new year, I have been trying to resolve this issue through FNB's secure chat on the app on my phone , but no one has been able to assist me. I keep getting redirected from one person to another. It seems either the staff are not adequately trained or are simply unwilling to help. This has been incredibly frustrating, especially as I am in a different country and relying on my bank to resolve a refund query. It is the same issue when you contacted the Bank. It is from one person to the other.
