You guys need to do better

My overall experience was disappointing. Staff are, overall quite abrupt and unhelpful. Parcel delivery was delayed by 3 days because they kept going to incorrect address, even though the driver has been to my house before. I will however give a shout out to Junaid in customer services who helped me finally receive my parcel.
