I've been tracking a parcel from Europe. It's been in SA for two days now but UPS hasn't sent me an invoice so that delivery can be made. I spent nearly an hour yesterday to get hold of someone, who took my details. Today, still no invoice and again I can't get through to anyone at UPS. Either the line gets cut while I'm waiting or I get put through to a line that is not answered. Pathetic! Time to use a different courier.
