UPS SCS SA is a disaster of a courier company. Use someone els please

Regarding delivery J242B098QPH My item arrived on 6 Feb in South Africa but I'm still waiting for delivery a month later. Because of UPS using clearing code 851713902 (item under R2500) instead of 851713104 the item was sidelined for an audit and a penalty was raised. Sam Mongale told me there will be no further charges to me but later I am told I should pay further charges, which I did. Still no delivery. I regret using UPS as a courier.
