Extremely unprofessional – avoid Upward Spiral 1199 CC
I strongly advise anyone to stay far away from Upward Spiral 1199 CC. We paid them a substantial amount upfront for a retaining wall, and ever since it has been nothing but frustration and excuses. • They never answer their phones (I’ve tried dozens of times on different numbers). • Emails and WhatsApps are ignored for weeks, sometimes completely. • Rikash (the person we dealt with) is extremely unprofessional – every time we eventually get hold of him there is a new excuse: “material delays”, “the bakkie broke”, “staff didn’t pitch”, etc. • Months later and the job is still not started, never mind finished. We now have to chase them constantly just to try and get our money back or at least some progress. This is not a small delay – it’s complete radio silence and zero accountability. If you value your money and your sanity, rather look elsewhere. Very disappointed and still out of pocket.

Riky kept me updated every step of the way, communication was clear and timely. The whole team was friendly and professional making the experience smooth and pleasant. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of their services. It was truly outstanding.

Upward Spiral 1199 CC
Brilliant service received from Upward Spiral 1199cc. I experienced a major problem with my dishwasher and Geyser simultaneously on a Sunday. Fortunately I was referred to Upward Spiral 1199cc by a close friend who was confident that I would receive great service from Rikash. I contacted Rikash on Sunday afternoon and explained the problem I encountered with the dishwasher and Geyser. I was really concerned and unsure what to do. Without hesitation Rikash was willing to come out and assist immediately. I still believed it was too good to be true. To my disbelief Rikash from Upward Spiral 1199cc along with his technicians arrived at my house within an hour, which was even earlier than he had promised. He provided me with excellent advise and explained each aspect to me, he did not in anyway try to make extra cash from me despite him knowing that it was an emergency. I firmly believe that excellent Customer Service is the most important aspect in any business and I am generally not one to compliment on the service I receive as great Customer Service is very rare. Upward Spiral 1199cc did not even charge me extra although they came through on a Sunday, infact their invoice was for much less than I had expected. This is proof that Rikash, the owner, does not try to make extra cash from people instead he provides you with excellent service at a great price. I definitely recommend Upward Spiral 1199cc to everyone.
