Bad service

Very dissatisfied with Urban eatery Vereeniging. It's a slow service. I was taken aback to learn that once you place an order, it cannot be changed, even if you haven't finished it. For instance, I requested an appletiser, but the waitress brought it 15 minutes later, and I immediately asked for a ****tail (which cost more). I was informed that since they cannot overwrite, I will still need to take the appletiser. I've never had such an experience and I definitely won't be returning.
