Disregard Clients

I contacted Urban Foods to advise that one of my items was not included in delivery. I also sent them a picture of the R35 loaf of French Brioch I bought that was hollow inside and not fresh. Although I praised them for the other items that was good. No one ever acknowledged my emails. I was more than willing to still make use of their services and recommend them to friends and family but if they want to treat me with disregard I will do the same.
