I discovered this business recently, and was unsure of whether to order. Having read some reviews on Hello Peter, I am very glad that I did. I am very impressed! To date, I have already ordered from them twice. It's the perfect place to order your monthly/weekly fresh produce, bread, free range eggs and meat. The chocolate croissants are recommended. Everything is fresh, great quality and delivered speedily.

I discovered this business recently, and was unsure of whether to order. Having read some reviews on Hello Peter, I am very glad that I did. I am very impressed! To date, I have already ordered from them twice. It's the perfect place to order your monthly/weekly fresh produce, bread, free range eggs and meat. The chocolate croissants are recommended. Everything is fresh, great quality and delivered speedily.

Exceptionally poor service and delivery of paid for goods
Firstly, my delivery was late, when it arrived 50% of the items had not been delivered and the "Frozen Meals" were not frozen. Exceptionally poor service - I will not advocate using their service and most certainly will not do so again!

Urban Foods, Good Customer Service
I recently found Urban Foods on social media, and I have placed 2 orders with them to date. Their customer service is exceptional, especially from a lady called Nicole. Delivery is quick and their products are good. The only negative is that they dont offer the full range of products that one would like i.e. butter, long life milk, etc

Urban Foods, Good Customer Service
I recently found Urban Foods on social media, and I have placed 2 orders with them to date. Their customer service is exceptional, especially from a lady called Nicole. Delivery is quick and their products are good. The only negative is that they dont offer the full range of products that one would like i.e. butter, long life milk, etc

Disregard Clients
I contacted Urban Foods to advise that one of my items was not included in delivery. I also sent them a picture of the R35 loaf of French Brioch I bought that was hollow inside and not fresh. Although I praised them for the other items that was good. No one ever acknowledged my emails. I was more than willing to still make use of their services and recommend them to friends and family but if they want to treat me with disregard I will do the same.

Urban Foods is a family run business with supplies produce to their customers. I started using them during the lockdown. It has been nothing but a pleasure dealing with them. Their produce is fresh and the best quality that I have bought for a long time. The staff that I have dealt with are efficient and friendly and the drivers that deliver my orders in beautifully clean refrigerated trucks are the same. They always deliver within 24 hours, normally much less. I discovered Urban Foods on Facebook and I am so pleased I tried them out. Thank you and keep up the excellent work!
