My order was received in good order, and delivered speedily. The products that I ordered exceeded my expectations, great quality and in perfect condition. Will definitely order from them again.
I discovered this business recently, and was unsure of whether to order. Having read some reviews on Hello Peter, I am very glad that I did. I am very impressed! To date, I have already ordered from them twice. It's the perfect place to order your monthly/weekly fresh produce, bread, free range eggs and meat. The chocolate croissants are recommended. Everything is fresh, great quality and delivered speedily.
I recently purchased from Trappers for the first time. Their online store is great, especially their sales!! All items were delivered in good order, and the quality of the clothing was pretty good. Sizes were correct. I received multiple parcels, seems that the items from my order were sourced from all over the country. Very impressed, thank you for all the effort.
Great service! I ordered 2 pendant lights recently at a pretty good price compared to other places. Livecopper has quite an extensive range. I received good communication, confirmations and updates, Delivery was quite fast as well. This store is recommended. The only gripe I have is the continuous reminders to rate and review them. There was an option to unsubscribe, which I did eventually.
I am still waiting for my refund. Having paid the exoribitant customs and admin fees to Skynet South Africa, the parcel was returned to sender in the UK on the same day. I had requested for a refund on the 18/08/22, and send my account details. Since then, after sending numerous emails, I still do not have my refund.
DHL international courier was a pleasure working with. I was waiting for a parcel from the UK, which was returned to sender as I had endless issues with Skynet SA. Parcel was resend with DHL, within a week I have the parcel in my hands. I received many updates, and had no hassels or frustration. The only complaint I have, is that the delivery van stopped in front of the wrong house, mis-called my phone and drove off. (as I watched from my front door) Called them back, and they delivered the parcel.
I ordered a few items from Greenleaf, and am very happy. Ordering was simple, and communication regarding the delivery was prompt. There was 1 item that was damaged, but Greenleaf organised a collection and replacement of the item by the courier at the same time. Very impressed, will definitely use them again.
Online order received in good time, good communication. However, the issue is with the products and no aftersales support. I ordered 8kg of their Farmhouse soap which is advertised as "delicate enough for babies and skin disorders." Unfortunately the soap is harsh and drying. Worse that using cleaning detergent on hands. Interestingly, I tested the ph. Body soap is supposed to be around 9-10, the farmhouse soap tested higher, around 12. I contacted the Soap Barn, and mentioned that I would like to return the unopened 7 x 1kg buckets of soap. They refused, saying that they have a "have a strict no returns policy". This seems unreasonable, and goes against the consumer protection act. Having wasted R1000 on unusable soap, I do not recommend this store and definitely will not shop here again.
I had a parcel coming from the UK. Paid the exoribitant fees invoiced from Skynet. I apparently have to pay within 7 days of invoice, otherwise parcel gets returned to sender. I paid on the 6th day. Just checked the tracking today, turns out the parcel was sent back already. What happens now? I paid for the parcel, the customs/admin fees. But no parcel? I have not received any feedback from Skynet since payment of fees. Getting information from Skynet is like squeezing water out of a stone. Before payment I had sent numerous emails to clarify the fees, and confirmation of banking details (As I cannot pay Firstrand Bank). Replies only come after a day or 2, from incompetent staff who don't know how to answer queries or read. Worst customer service I have ever received.

Amount of around R530 was debited each month. It was a month to month "contract", we cancelled it in October 2016, but later that month reinstated it. -as a month to month. Never stating that it was to be another 24 month contract.</p> <p>Up to November 2016 the amount was R530.</p> <p>December 2016 R1166 was debited</p> <p>Jan 2017 R778 was debited.</p> <p> </p> <p>In December 2016 I phoned the MTN call centre a few times but got nowhere.. Being transferred multiple times to different departments, or was eventually cut off as the call centre was being "restructured". </p> <p>But I did however cancel all my lines on 02/12/2016 when I phoned the first time. -please check your phone records.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please could someone kindly assist me.</p> <p>1. Confirm that all my lines with MTN are cancelled.</p> <p>2. Refund the money that was wrongly debited from my account. Dec 2016 and Jan 2017.</p> <p>3.
