Terrible service

Urban grill soweto pimville . A great space to have fun but lacks in customer service satisfaction. Men clean the ladies toilets. Who does that? Spoke to the manager on site Kenny and said that is what they do and cannot do anything about it. Found myself naked around a man In the ladies restroom because it was his duty to do so. I would like to know , is it Ethical to have a male in the ladies⁹ toilet in such an establishment that hosts guest every weekend and have no reason to explain why no females cleaners are cleaning the ladies toilets?? And see nothing wrong with that?? Please explain because Kenny the manager on site couldn't as he was intoxicated himself!!
