Not efficient and professional. Occupied rental apartment in October 2018. In November 2018 we ran into personal financial problem and needed to move out before 1 December 2018 as we did not want the Landlord to have problems with us concerning rental. So we were advised to write a letter to the Landlord which took weeks to respond. Deposit was held with regards to the cancellation but a Deposit for remotes were to be refunded within 2 weeks. Its February 2019, lack of communication and still no refund. Very poor service and care to people and property for a company that managers much.
Think twice before renting from Urban Network, lack of maintenance on the premises we resided at. As we realized its a rental and it ends there.
