I spent over two months investing, and when I finally attempted to withdraw my funds, my account—holding over $186,120—was unexpectedly locked. Customer service has not responded to my withdrawal requests. After sharing my experience with friends, they advised me to contact lilo grace 75 @ gmail .com . Their guidance was crucial, and I was able to successfully recover my ****** money with their help. you can also contact then on Wh-a -ts- A-p-p +1-6-1-5-4-1-4-1-5-6-2

Horrified to see they are still in business in 2023.. they supposedly were under liquidation end 2018 when their staff were "let go"?? They took UIF off salaries each month but never paid it over. When going to claim UIF said they never had such a company registered.. lovely bunch Sean Macgee and family

You are 100% better off buying an older/existing property and spending your time/energy renovating yourself - it will hands down be less of an effort/frustration than dealing with Urban Network. If you want peace of mind and a peaceful life, stay very far away from Urban Network, Sean Magee (Managing Director) and Debbie Snyman (Development Management). Urban Network has given me nothing but issues and problems before, during and after moving into my new development/unit (see picture below of renovations happening on day of moving in - my moving truck had to return back and off load all my items where it was picked up from). If you ever feel that it is not going to be so bad, I am here to warn you that I am still experiencing problems almost a year after moving in. My bathroom shower is in an unusable and non functional state since moving in. Communication with the general manager 'Debbie' is beyond pathetic! She will argue and make excuses to no end as well as make you feel as though she is doing you a favour and that you (the customer who paid over millions is the problem). I implore anyone who is thinking of buying with Urban Network to see past the 'sales pitch' that Sean, the Managing Director, will give you. He will work with you, plan with you, earn your trust and then take your money but when it comes to execution, service, quality and management, it is non existent. It is slow, poor quality and a constant disruption/inconvenience to your life that will force you to have to manage contractors and, snags and renovations yourself. I am still sitting with snags almost a year later. Many have been attended to only for them to break further items and leave without the original snags being fixed/completed. My kitchen cupboards still do not close and are still left damaged - almost a full year later! I will provide an update to my review pending a change in behaviour, attitude and service provided by Urban Network otherwise, my sincere advice is to please not hand over your millions of Rands to them - Urban Network cannot be trusted with a quality delivery and efficient workmanship/customer service in the least!

This is literally the worst company ever. I've never experienced such service in my life. I moved into Oak Ridge Apartments in September 2021. Around November, when it started raining, I noticed that the ceiling is leaking and I reported that on the 29th of November. I then followed up with Julia French but there's still no action. It's the 1st of March now and that issue has not been resolved yet. Bare in mind, I don't miss a single payment monthly for my rent but the service I receive is not acceptable.

The worst real estate and selling agency I have ever come across. No communication, illegal behavior and I got sold a house without my own electricity and water meters and no regards to final snag list. I have to get a lawyer involved now. My messages just get ignored and you can’t believe a word they say it write. No COJ accounts have been send while I was renting . Very very upsetting and disappointing.

Not efficient and professional. Occupied rental apartment in October 2018. In November 2018 we ran into personal financial problem and needed to move out before 1 December 2018 as we did not want the Landlord to have problems with us concerning rental. So we were advised to write a letter to the Landlord which took weeks to respond. Deposit was held with regards to the cancellation but a Deposit for remotes were to be refunded within 2 weeks. Its February 2019, lack of communication and still no refund. Very poor service and care to people and property for a company that managers much. Think twice before renting from Urban Network, lack of maintenance on the premises we resided at. As we realized its a rental and it ends there.

A newly built residential estate (by Urban Network) in Linden - This so called Real Estate has no sense of pride in the work that they do - they are all about the money only. Multiple units in the estate have experienced building problems that Urban Network is unwilling/failing to fix for quite some time. They are unresponsive to our needs. Urban Network has used low quality materials (windows that have scratches, doors that are falling apart, uneven flooring, painting that is becoming mould, roofs that are collapsing and the list goes on!). Lesson learnt: Do your RESEARCH before using a so called 'business' such as this one.
