I have had my Cell C contract for 5 years going on 6. They have great packages and can be very helpful only when they want to. Yet my experience has been very ****ty when you call for assistance and they all give you bad attitudes. Very disgusted at the Huawei representative in their store that lied yet knowing what they were handling me. At Cell C Cradle Stone Mall, I ask repeatedly before I take out the new phone is he sure that the Huawei Mate 40 Pro has Play Store as all the apps I use require it. He said only the phones after the Huawei Mate 40 Pro will not have it. At the time I was still happily using a Huawei P30 Pro. He unboxed the Mate 40 and set it up showing me all the apps are being transferred. He gave me his contact details if I have any questions or need assistance in setting it up if it was not done correctly. Switched it off and put it away. After 4 months I unboxed it and angry was I cause there was no play store!!! I sent him a message to kindly contact me regarding the phone, to date no answer. I called Cell C branch in Clearwater to get assistance in change the stupid phone for something else as I was lied too! She gave me an attitude of note. I then called Cell C branch Eastgate and they were very polite and tried to assist by downloading apps and installing it on my phone. My biggest frustration is no matter how they can download apps for me but how the hell does it help me in the future as I use apps that is not supported by the stupid phone I was lied about. To me it is Fraud 'misrepresentation and lies'. I pay a high fee for a contract monthly and yet I can't even get help, to assist me to correct this matter! This has only been a frustration, as my whole functionality work and all is messed up.
Not efficient and professional. Occupied rental apartment in October 2018. In November 2018 we ran into personal financial problem and needed to move out before 1 December 2018 as we did not want the Landlord to have problems with us concerning rental. So we were advised to write a letter to the Landlord which took weeks to respond. Deposit was held with regards to the cancellation but a Deposit for remotes were to be refunded within 2 weeks. Its February 2019, lack of communication and still no refund. Very poor service and care to people and property for a company that managers much. Think twice before renting from Urban Network, lack of maintenance on the premises we resided at. As we realized its a rental and it ends there.
To date I have nothing but a great experience with Outsurance. Thanks for being a great service provider.
Vodacom continues to bill me against my own will. A 24 month contract agreement was entered into. After 24 month had expired/lapsed they still continue billing me to this moment. Why do they violate go consumers rights? I have called in several times to get to a solution yet no one listens all I have received from them is an aggressive defense stance. I don't know how robots and aggression solve any matters yet we human.
Most amazing service I have come across. Effective and efficient in everything they do. Very friendly and helpful people. Great doing business with them. Compliments to Natalie who has being a great help in rendering services so well. Voys I look forward to working with you again.

I dreaded having to call MiWay to have my vehicle removed from my policy due to Financial constraint. As I truly have peace of mind each night knowing I am Insured with MiWay. <p>Jan 2017_ Month of upgrade was due, not knowing what was laying ahead of time in this frustrating situation and predicament I am in currently.</p> <p> </p> <p>Due to me leave to Cape Town on urgent notice on the 06 Jan 2017. I decided to attend to my Vodacom upgrade on 04 Jan 2017 and get it sorted out, keeping in mind that at least one of my priorities could be done and completed.</p> <p> </p> <p>Having 3 accounts with Vodacom, a staff member has completely messed up 2 of my accounts. I am grateful he has been dismissed yet which leaves me in a huge problem.</p> <p> </p> <p>I run my business calls through 1 main line which has been paired up incorrectly or switched if I can put it that way with the 2nd line which I had the intention to close.</p> <p> </p> <p>On that day I had pondered on holding on to the 2nd line in doing so I entrusting in Vodacom4U and signed up the deals offered. Due to me leaving I signed both contracts and only left with the one contract package deal containing: Huawei P9 Mystic Silver and downgrading my package from a uChooseFlexi 750 to a uChoose Flexi 500. I had paid the Admin Fee of R150. Knowing it is complete.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had asked for copies of the contracts due to the fact that I will not be present when collecting the 2nd Contract Package.</p> <p> </p> <p>Informing the Staff member I delt with that my cousin who was with me on this day in the store next to me while everything being done, would bring the copies on collection of the 2nd Contract Package deal containing: Sony Xperia XA Black + 10GB Data + PS4 + Top Dog Voucher on uChoose Flexi 200.</p> <p> </p> <p>I’ve only been billed correctly on my 3rd account which is a 20GB Data + Modem throughout this period.</p> <p> </p> <p>I’ve called numerous times asking when can we collect the 2nd Contract Package and was told they will get back to me because the PS4 was out of stock, Waited a week and another, then called again. Now the PS4 was in stock but not the Sony Xperia XA Black.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have become over agonized and frustrated due to my business depending on the contract which I’ve been paying for over 4 months now yet getting nothing in return.</p> <p> </p> <p>Due to all of this I request compensation and all my funds due to me transferred directly into my account. I had to lay out Extra Finances for Business expenses due to the demands of the calls my business makes.</p> <p> </p> <p>Only charges due to Vodacom4U are Handset instalment: device P9 Huawei with no call benefits and for my 3rd 20GB Data Account.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is already going for the 5th month now. Vodacom4U I have been a loyal customer for years, I am very disappointed and disgusted in you, that it takes so long and counting to sort out my matter!!!!! It’s already May 2017!!!</p>
