****mers! Do not send them any money. How is it a loan company if they ask you to send them money? I was ****med R6662.14 on the 24th of February 2026. In addition to that amount, they wanted me to send another $200 so that they can release my funds.
I did not subscribe to the edreams prime but R229 was debited from my account. I can't even cancel the subscription. Can someone please help me
I requested a cancellation through the website on the 24th of October (Reference Number: 26119945) and it was never attended to. I tried to call several times, and no one answered the phone. I disconnected the router and never used it but now they are telling me that I owe them R1138. How is this even possible? Rain is a ****!
I app**** for debt review through Blessing and everything worked out well. My profile was handed over to Lihle and she went on and negotiated with my credit providers, agreed to everything without consulting or communicating with me. The initial amount was R2200, that was the agreement. But she negotiated and accepted the R2791.63, which I never agreed to. I asked to cancel the whole process and she told me that will cancel it and in case they debit the amount, I will get a refund. Now she's telling me that I can't get the refund because they already distributed the money to the creditors and there's nothing they can do about it. I will simply open a ******** case against the company because they took money without my consent.

2 weeks ago, I spoke to a lady called Michelle. We spoke for long over the phone to a point where I decided to cancel my whole application. She then told me that someone else will call me and I should cancel with them. Later that day, another woman called me and I told her that I want to cancel the whole process then she said okay. On the 22nd of September, a debit order of R710.00 went out and I couldn’t understand why. I tried calling them I was placed on hold for more than 30 minutes. I’m currently communicating with Unthatile via email but she’s not helping as well. She tells me that the application has been cancelled but she’s not saying anything about my refund.
Last year October, I spoke to Ripfumelo Mabunda, I canceled my subscription with RMS and requested for my refund. They told me I will get it after 30-90 working days. Today, 06 April 2022, I called to find out what is going on. They told me that they deposited the money to my account. I pulled out my bank statement to show them that I did not receive the money they are talking about. Guess what was the next move? They send me another cancelation form to fill, of which does not make sense because it was canceled already. CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK!
This is literally the worst company ever. I've never experienced such service in my life. I moved into Oak Ridge Apartments in September 2021. Around November, when it started raining, I noticed that the ceiling is leaking and I reported that on the 29th of November. I then followed up with Julia French but there's still no action. It's the 1st of March now and that issue has not been resolved yet. Bare in mind, I don't miss a single payment monthly for my rent but the service I receive is not acceptable.
I've asked for my policy to be canceled more than 4 times but I still get calls and SMS's regarding payments. What should I do now?
For some reason, I owe Nible Debt Collectors but I've never heard of them. My accounts are being handled by DC Partners (Debt Cue). So I don't understand where this is coming from.
