Urban Construction failing at the basics

This company is, for the lack of better words, completely useless and unable to manage residential properties. The lack of maintenance has been so dire, that they have even run out of excuses. Units are falling apart and occupiers are expected to pay high amounts to love in such poor conditions.

Piece of advice: Please avoid any residential property where Urban Construction is involved, this includes Oscar’s Place, Paramount Estate in Silverlakes, things are falling apart!!
