So angry right now

I’m still waiting for my refund of R1600.00. A guy called Sandile Khumalo promise to refund my money back since September but still I haven’t received anything from them. I’ve realized that this dodgy company has changed the name from The Hoodstore to Urbn Store to confused people. I’ve send many emails, sms no one is responding. I also tried to call him but he is ignoring my calls. How long does these people keep on scamming people their hard earned money, this got to stop NOW!
