Usave manager harrasment

My son who just finished school, started working for Usave Kleinvlei, about 4 weeks ago. His first job after school.

But he has been sworn at and harrassed by the manager almost everyday. Even in front of customers. He has been belittled and humiliated.

This seem to be a regular thing where his dignity and basic human rights are being violated.

Something is wrong there and needs to be investigated
