Observation Hill Sewer Nightmare

I am a resident of 44 Monument Road Observation Hill Ladysmith, I have had a problem with the sewer (drain in the front yard) for 2 years straight now. The sewer is always blocked and floating near the gate and on the road which is absolutely disgusting and unhygienic. I was told to cut the trees in my yard as the roots were causing this problem and I did so but the problem still persists .

I pay rates every month to live in such disgusting conditions, I have been sent from pillar to post sometimes being met by very rude call centre agents. I don't know what to do at this point in time, urgent assistance required immediately
