I am a resident of 44 Monument Road Observation Hill Ladysmith, I have had a problem with the sewer (drain in the front yard) for 2 years straight now. The sewer is always blocked and floating near the gate and on the road which is absolutely disgusting and unhygienic. I was told to cut the trees in my yard as the roots were causing this problem and I did so but the problem still persists . I pay rates every month to live in such disgusting conditions, I have been sent from pillar to post sometimes being met by very rude call centre agents. I don't know what to do at this point in time, urgent assistance required immediately
Extremely angry with the service I received, I've been using Capitec as my main account for just over a year, my salary is deposited on the 27th every month, today I received my salary as per usual and proceeded to make transactions in the morning, I then went to town to fill up my tank I thereafter tried to pay and my card kept declining , when I checked my app no balances were showing I had to call and borrow money to pay for my petrol on payday ,,very embarrassing 😡😡 I then went to the branch to get assistance when I arrived they told me they are not sure why the account was stopped but its showing "*****ALENT ACTIVITY" when i asked them to elaborate on these false accusations they couldnt as they claimed not to have acess....and unfortunately there is not much they can do. I have made 100calls to Capitec call centre today trying to get assistance.... i have not payed my bills , my debit orders are bouncing and i havent even bought any groceries for my family. It's 19h44 and I'm still waiting for assistance from Capitec. I will definitely be moving my salary bank after this
Good day I would like to report Debonairs Richards Bay-Boardwalk on behalf of my partner Mbusi Donda who placed an order over the phone today requesting the Cram Crust Decker , upon arrival we found that it was just a normal pizza so we requested for the order to be corrected, that's when the supervisor was called and she didn't even try to sort the issue out she told us we have to pay they will not correct the order with such an attitude. This resulted in us leaving the order and walking away . So disappointed in the service received especially from the supervisor as she should be the leader but, hopefully this complaint will result in better service moving forward
My husband and I drove from Ladysmith for the Billy G experience, we were not sure about the times we were under the impression that it was a walk in proceedure. The receptionist was extremely rude after my husband spoke to her, I went back and asked if we could pay and go her response was she doesn't like repeating information I should have come in with my husband the first time. Her tone was very rude, there's nothing wrong giving customers information infact it's her job to do that. I'm extremely disappointed as she is the face of the restaurant as she's right at the door. Very poor service, I seetled my account with them now they are failing to give me a settlement letter which I desparately need. Calls and emails ignored very poor customer service ?
