Iam Bongiwe Simelane, who sold the property in October 2021, I was referred to Uthukela District Municipality to submit my ID document and bank statement by atternoys so that I can get my water refund instalation by municipality. I did that .when I made follow up they said they will process my application,they said I must resubmit my documents. I resubmitted.I phoned several times no one assisted me.I personally went to finance CEO ,she refered me to Siya (senior Billing Officer) he said I must re email my documents again. After that they will process my application. I did that.but upto this far no payment has been made to me.In June 2022 I went there again to make follow up , the lady Phamela Mbanjwa( billing Officer) said , I must wait because .His supervisor Siya was not in the office.I requested the number for Municipal Manager ,they said they do not have the number.so now I feel that the municipality is not doing justice and the treatement I got there was not good .I request Hellopeter to intervene so that I will be able to receive my refund from the municipality.Phamela Mbanjwa and Siya knows my story.I emailed my documents to Phamela instructed by Siya my but she never responded.The last time I visited thier offie was in July 2022 where I found Phamela who said to me "its still early for me to get my refund ,I said to her how long will it take , she said she do not know.Hellopetter kindly assist me .I heared by Hellopeter on facebook and Hellopeter once assisted me .
