Poor service-UTI

I have been waiting for my business card delivery from June 2020. I visited the FNB branch (Verulam) to check what was the problem with not receiving my card, and I was told that I must call UTI courier to get my card as it is currently sitting with them. FNB must refrain working with this company this is embarrassing.
