Online order process is a mess. You place an order and after waiting long time for order updates you get an email saying, "Ready to collect". You make arrangement with your own transport and only to find that not everything ordered is available and you have to wait other weeks to get the outstanding item/s in your order to be available for collection. This has happened several times to me. You guys need to sort this out with your online team.
Erase Debt SA is a **** with its agents that manipulate people and take their money. They use different agents to get clients that fail to provide service. I have tried another three of them they are in partnership with Erase Debt and all promise to help with removing debt review. Lol once you pay, no refund and your money will be gone for good.
Once they debit your money, they no longer care about you. I joined them in October till today I have not got anything except the credit report of which I fought for weeks. I am really disappointed with them. They were very quick in answering before deducting money. I have to follow up every week with no luck. Their turnaround time 3-5 days but they do not come back to you. Please don't use this company, they are here to only collect money and go away. I am planning to go to their offices in Phoenix (if they really exist) and demand my R2300 back. Again once they have your money they will ignore you for good.

I took my daughter to Umhlanga Netcare Hospital Emergency. Gets Savvi approved R7000, but the hospital only charged +-R1600 because my daughter was not seriously injured. Get Savvi only paid about R900. Now I am sitting with a balance of the bill. Joining this policy was the biggest mistake, I rather join the medical scheme and pay little bit extra for good and guaranteed service.
I cannot support this online store anymore. We have to pay for delivery on order over R10 000? I rather use other stores with free deliveries on order value above R500.
I am bullied for a device that has not been working since April 2022. I will take legal actions as well.
Very disappointed with cartrack. I joined cartrack in 2019 for my Nissan NP200, in 3 weeks time after installing, the unit did not show the correct location. I called them to schedule repair. After 3 months again same issue with a unit, 2nd technician was sent to fix it and within 1 or 2 weeks again the unit failed. Last guy they sent tried coz it worked until March 2022, earlier in April I tested it and I was told that the unit is not working, they gave me a case number and promised to send someone. Since then I have been calling, texting via whatsApp, and sending emails with no success to get it repaired. In June I decided to use another company and instructed my bank to stop the debit order for Cartrack payments. After stopping payment, then Cartrack is intouch requesting payments. I have told the accounts department several times why I cannot pay anymore. I have been threatened with legal actions, both telephonically and on whatsApp. They want me to buy the unit or carry on paying until contract ends. If they were to send a technician to repair I must pay R600 fee. I will not pay anything not especially when I am not benefiting anymore and my car been at risk of not recovered for 3 months. I am very disappointed and have informed my lawyer about this matter and threats. All they want is money from us, I have installation certificates as proof that Cartrack never got it right in the first place with this unit and never honored the contract for not sending someone for repairs. I will block them on whatsApp as well.
Excellent service indeed. From my experience this courier has done a fantastic job, always on time and efficient. Never disappointed me. Keep it up.
