UTI Courier (DSV)is honestly a pathetic courier service. Parcel has been out on delivery 13 May but not delivered. Many phone calls etc costing me money. Driver could not find my house. And did not even call me. But all the other courier companies can find my place daily. I was promised it would be delivered this morning. Now once again they are not coming this way. How long should i wait for something i paid for. They are the worst ever!!!!!!!

I have been waiting for my business card delivery from June 2020. I visited the FNB branch (Verulam) to check what was the problem with not receiving my card, and I was told that I must call UTI courier to get my card as it is currently sitting with them. FNB must refrain working with this company this is embarrassing. Regards, M

<p>Im writing this cause im beyond frustrated with UTi South Africa.<br /> <br />UTi South Africa im highly unimpressed with the service you provide to clients. ive been waiting since last week for the delivery of my insulin pump and not once but twice have UTi taken the liberty to ***** me by deciding to deliver the package on a public holiday and then deciding to have it delivered in Durban whilst im an odd 1000km away from Durban. im so angry beyond words cause UTi places peoples lifes at risk with their pathetic unprofessional service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Who does UTi think they are to play with peoples lifes when it comes to urgent medical devices being delivered not once but twice wrongfully?</p>

<p>I am utterly disgusted in the service I have received from UTI.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am a student at UNISA in desperate need of my study material which UTI just does not deliver.</p> <p> </p> <p>It was suppose to be delivered on Tuesday, on the tracking it states that it failed and the parcel was returned to warehouse. I was home the entire day thus there is no reason it could not be delivered. I waited another two days, and it showed no activity of the parcel. </p> <p> </p> <p>Today I phoned at 10:00 and spoke to a consultant, who told me there is no aparent reason for the failed delivery. An hour later the warehouse phoned (Cape Town branch) and said that the parcel will definitely be delivered before 13:00. I was waiting the whole day when at 16:15 I decided to phone again, since the tracking showed it was dispatched again today. The consultant said the delivery failed again due to the driver not having enough time to deliver. So I waited for an entire day for nothing. When I checked online again it showed the parcel was returned to the warehouse for a second time, eventhough I had been home the whole day (also on Tuesday) waiting for nothing. When I phoned again, the consultant said to phone the Cape Town branch, where nobody picks up the phone. Now I am told it will be delivered on Monday, which is UNACCEPTABLE! I will not be waiting again, wasting time for an entire day, just for them not to show up.</p> <p> </p> <p>I AM DISGUSTED IN YOUR PATHETIC SERVICE!</p>

<p>So on the 15/02/2017 at 11:53am I contacted the UTI Sun Couriers branch in Empangeni in desperate attempt to find out where my study material was. The telephone was answered by a really rude woman who somehow sounded extremely irritated by my call. I explained that my study material from UNISA tracked down that it has been delivered to that branch and I only found that out during that week because that was when my registration was finalized. She rudely interupts me by asking 'where am I?' confused, I tell her currently in Durban. Again she rudely asks in isiZulu 'kanti wena yindaba ufaka address yaseMpangeni ube useThekwini?'(meaning, why did you put different address if you stay in Durban?) Slowly losing my patience but keeping my composure I answer her by explaining that that is where I am moving to as of immediently. She then told me that she will look for my books, and asked for my address and as I was confirming the full address she cut me off by asking another question which was, 'who will I find there? 'And I tell her it will be my older brother, Sibusiso Biyela. She did not bother to even ask for his number, she hung up. Called me back after 10 minutes and says she found my books, they will be delivered following day which would have been 16/02/2017 but still no books no feedback. Called head office today, that man has no telephonic s****s whatsoever, I explained everything to him, especially about how frustrated I am because I have 2 assignments due on the 23rd and 24th of Feb next wee**** The best response he could come up with was, 'Eish, call Monday to call center' and has conversation with person next to him. This treatment has been mortifying for me and I have been undermined because this is not some large company complaining just another UNISA student. I would assume this is not the sort of customer service and treatment UTI condones nevertheless I am utterly disappointed and appalled. This company needs to ups**** their employees on telephone etiquette and customer service. A big zero on service level. </p>

<p>I sent a package with express delivery on the 1st of February 2017 - I was suppose to be delivered two days later - on the latest! I have just spoken to the branch in Kimberley - because once again - it has not been delivered. The workera are unprofessional, the service is pathetic and they are way too expensive for the service you receive. I will never recommend them or use their service again. This has been such a terrible experience!!! </p>
