I have phoned 5 times, no one answers, emailed six times, no one replies! This is the worst customer service I have ever received. The item that I ordered is out of stock and I get sent a voucher, which I don't want. I want a refund!!! But it is impossible to get as apparently there are no employees at ZANDO!
<p>I am utterly disgusted in the service I have received from UTI.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am a student at UNISA in desperate need of my study material which UTI just does not deliver.</p> <p> </p> <p>It was suppose to be delivered on Tuesday, on the tracking it states that it failed and the parcel was returned to warehouse. I was home the entire day thus there is no reason it could not be delivered. I waited another two days, and it showed no activity of the parcel. </p> <p> </p> <p>Today I phoned at 10:00 and spoke to a consultant, who told me there is no aparent reason for the failed delivery. An hour later the warehouse phoned (Cape Town branch) and said that the parcel will definitely be delivered before 13:00. I was waiting the whole day when at 16:15 I decided to phone again, since the tracking showed it was dispatched again today. The consultant said the delivery failed again due to the driver not having enough time to deliver. So I waited for an entire day for nothing. When I checked online again it showed the parcel was returned to the warehouse for a second time, eventhough I had been home the whole day (also on Tuesday) waiting for nothing. When I phoned again, the consultant said to phone the Cape Town branch, where nobody picks up the phone. Now I am told it will be delivered on Monday, which is UNACCEPTABLE! I will not be waiting again, wasting time for an entire day, just for them not to show up.</p> <p> </p> <p>I AM DISGUSTED IN YOUR PATHETIC SERVICE!</p>
<p>I am so tired of SABC TV licence. I bought a TV in 2014 when I was a student, a few months after that I sold it due to the fact that I never used it as I always use my laptop fro entertainment. I found out two years ago that you can cancel it by sending them an affidavit stating that you no longer own a TV. I sent the affidavit through to them but never heard anything back, I sent various other emails but never had a response. I have tried phoning literally hundreds of times I am put on hold and never even get through NOT OWN.</p> <p>How am I suppose to cancel something if I can NEVER get hold of the consultants or nobody responds to my emails. This is really ridiculous, I am tired of wasting time and money (I have been put on hold for more than 30 minutes almost 10 times) over something I have done more than my fair share to sort this out. THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE.</p>
