Milpark Education is professional, efficient and effective. I have never had any problems with their services. The lecturers are amazing and they give us all the support we need. They respond before the end of their turn around times, they are always there to assist with special requests and any other queries that I might have. My books are always delivered in time. Milpark is a fantastic school, especially for distance learning.
I live in Benoni and have not been able to make or receive calls all day due to Vodacom's incompetence to sort out problems for their clients!!! I drove to a different area and was able to make and receive calls from both my phones, as soon as I return to our area, I have no connection. I have a business to run and I am not able to make or receive calls. I have always had problems with Vodacom, but gave them the benefit of the doubt - until now. I have logged the complaint and contacted them on their Facebook page - I cannot make any calls!!!! This service is terrible. Please think twice before signing a deal with Vodacom, it will be a mistake.
<p>I did an online upgrade on the 30th of June 2017. Since then RAM has returned my package to Vodacom - TWICE - due to Vodacom not giving them the correct address. I have already corrected the address with them - which just shows poor service delivery on Vodacoms side. I have requested urgent delivery from them - but they have done absolutely nothing from their side to correct the wrong and deliver my package as soon as possible. I have never been so disappointed in Vodacom. This is terrible service. It makes me reconsider if my next upgrade will be with Vodacom. I would have been impressed if they just actually showed some effort from their side. But nothing. Very disappointing, Vodacom. You will not be recommended by me anymore. </p>
<p>I sent a package with express delivery on the 1st of February 2017 - I was suppose to be delivered two days later - on the latest! I have just spoken to the branch in Kimberley - because once again - it has not been delivered. The workera are unprofessional, the service is pathetic and they are way too expensive for the service you receive. I will never recommend them or use their service again. This has been such a terrible experience!!! </p>
<p>Fedhealth gives such terrible service. We cancelled our medical aid with effect the 1st of May 2016 - we then find out for the first time that we are billed in arrears. Then after we pay their premium and our new medical aid premium - they go and reverse all of our claims that we had before we cancelled the medical aid. We are paid to date and now we have outstanding bills that they paid and reversed.</p> <p>It was such a terrible experience - this is not the first problem we had with them, we are glad that we left them. They really disappointed us. </p>
We got approved for two Dell I5 laptops and 5GB data plus Huawei MiFi Rooters. We got the first Dell laptop a week ago. We have been waiting for the second one since then. We have phoned various Telkom Direct stores in Johannesburg and no-one answers so we can we find out if they have stock. We have even phoned the Head Office with no response. Telkom is such a big company and we were so excited to work with them - but we are receiving terrible service. We would really like an answer as to where our second order is and when we will be receiving it. Otherwise we will be moving to another service provider where we will actually be receiving service.
