Order was placed on 28 March 2025. On 4 April 2025 i requested an update and was told they do not have the part i paid for in stock. I requested a refund as the oart was urgent. I was told on 4 April order will be cancelled and a refund will be made. On 9 April i was told again they will make the refund. On 30 April i was told to contact the finance department on a number that nobody answers. On 27 May i was told to contact Tracey and no help were given. On 6 June i received the same message refund will be made and POP will be sent. Once again no refund. I commented on there social media etc and my comments got removed and i was blocked all over social media including WhatsApp and still no refund was made towards me for R3597 that they took.

No documents received
I requested a transfer tracking just to know how long I will wait for the property transfer. Payment was made reference number and invoice was given. And still no email received what so ever. Next week it will be a month already. No response on the contact us or on the email address. Why **** people out of money if you advertise a service that does not exists. It's not like you charge small change. People work for that money that you just pocket.

MTN ****ming people out of their cellphone numbers
I had my MTN number for almost a year. Active on the network. But today my number has been given to someone else. I lost my number my whatsapp everything as someone got my number and signed me out. This is really pathetic to take a working number and give it to someone else. I want my number as in today

Pathetic courier
UTI Courier (DSV)is honestly a pathetic courier service. Parcel has been out on delivery 13 May but not delivered. Many phone calls etc costing me money. Driver could not find my house. And did not even call me. But all the other courier companies can find my place daily. I was promised it would be delivered this morning. Now once again they are not coming this way. How long should i wait for something i paid for. They are the worst ever!!!!!!!

Delivery excuses
It is by far the worst Courier i have ever used. No parcel delivery only the same excuse with a different delivery date. They call said on that day package will be delivered. That fay has past again And now once again a new date. People use Courier delivery for things that is urgent. No one says take your time. Never make use of there poor service delivery. Rather pay R40 more and use The Courier Guy or make use of Pudo. They are atleast reliable

Not covering braces
Good we have been with umvuzo since 2007 never had any problems aleays bragging about my medical aid. But this time when we need our medical aid for my sons braces they don't cover it and i have to make a plan to pay for it. Why aren't they covering braces for kids?????

Poor delivery service
Package was picked up on 14 December still not delivered last scan 18 December loaded on manifest to Johannesburg. This service delivery is poor and unexpected. Got a package from same province via another courier that was ordered on Thursday and already delivered this morning. You guys suck people have plans for the festive season now they have to sit at home and wait to see when will there stuff arrive

Order received
Thank you for your patience while i kept on nagging. I ordered 23 November 2020 abd received parcel 18 December 2020. I just believe that with a bit more communication from reliables site things can go smoother and easier than it does at the moment. People stress so much because of all of the scamsters out there. And delivery must be explained a bit better from import to buffalo to courier and delivery. Thanks again for the package.

Package delivery to wrong client
My package was received by client yesterday but i did not received or signed for my package i want to know where my package is. It was supposed to be delivered on 9 December 2020. Yesterday 14 December the package was received by client which waant me. Order no #16393 and tracking number #BUFZA2120016503YQ. I need urgent info on my package that i bought and paid for on 23 November.
