Disappointment.

I am very disappointed. I booked for my fiancé’s birthday a month ago. We got to the table and we ordered wine about 10 mins after arriving.

We waited for service but no one came to help. We poured out own wine. More than 30 minutes later our waiter arrived and we wanted to order the 5 course menu. Then they told us there is not enough time left for the menu.

I am really disappointed. I really wanted this night to be special. Now we have to leave without food.
