Vaal mall's dirty female bathroom

The female bathroom near Standard Bank entrance and close to Mug & Bean is utterly disgusting. Most of the toilets don't have toilet paper, ******* laying on the floor, bathroom stinks, toilets are dirty and messy. The worst thing is that females are using the bathroom and leaving them so disgusting. The drier is the most unhygienic tool one can use to dry your hands when the filters are not changed regularly and the noise it makes is enough to drive you up the wall. The bathrooms must be cleaned regularly and that is definitely not happening. I'm positive the drier filters are not changed regularly.
