Mugg & Bean Vaal mall: I visit M&B Vaal mall regularly. A while ago I ordered the Monte Cristo salad, the beef strips was so tough I couldn't cut it, really disappointing. Another disappointment was the Mediterranean veg bowl, the veg was overcooked and soggy. On a positive note, a week ago the open sandwich (veg) I ordered, was supposed to have a oven roasted topping, I received raw veg as a topping. It was send back and the lady who handled my order (I assume she is the manager) ensured that it was rectified and the end product was most enjoyable.

Vaal mall's dirty female bathroom
The female bathroom near Standard Bank entrance and close to Mug & Bean is utterly disgusting. Most of the toilets don't have toilet paper, ******* laying on the floor, bathroom stinks, toilets are dirty and messy. The worst thing is that females are using the bathroom and leaving them so disgusting. The drier is the most unhygienic tool one can use to dry your hands when the filters are not changed regularly and the noise it makes is enough to drive you up the wall. The bathrooms must be cleaned regularly and that is definitely not happening. I'm positive the drier filters are not changed regularly.

Excellent service from Mr Parking at OR Tambo
On 19 Dec 2021 I had a flight booked at 12h35 from OR Rambo to East London. It is about an hours drive for me to get to OR Tambo. I made arrangements with Mr Parking to leave my car with them. The drop off location changed due to covid and I got lost on my way to the drop off area. I phoned Mr Parking and the lady who answered the phone (unfortunately I don't know her name) immediately contacted the person who is waiting for my car and he phoned me. I explained where I was and Karel got into his car and not only did he fetch me but he also took my suitcase and literally ran with me (actually I was doing the running as he is a very tall guy and I am very short) to the check in counter. When I returned to Jhb Karel and another gentleman was waiting for me with my car, all smiles and friendly. A huge thank you to Karel and the staff of Mr Parking for their excellent service and literally going the extra mile to assist. You are great!

Bad bad sixty60 service
Today was the first time I made use of checkers delivery service. What a horrible disappointment. I didn't receive full order although I chose replacement products and I paid for a full order.Their 0800 00 6060 number doesn't work. The fact that so many people are still struggling to get their money back are shocking and I'm now also standing in that queue. will not make use of it again. I should've checked the reviews before ordering. Disgusting!

No installation explora
About a month ago I complained to hello Peter about an explora that hasn't been installed. I've read through numerous complaints on hello peter about the same issue and none of the complaints have been resolved. A day after my complaint a woman name Belinda phoned me and said she will contact the installer and get back to me. Needless to say, nothing happened. On 16 February I will have the exploration for 2 months, in the packaging! I will continue to reverse the monthly debit payments until one of the useless, incompetent personnel decide to actually wake up and do something.

Worst service Dstv explora
About a month ago I received a phone call wrt Dstv explora special. I signed up and was told it will be deliveted and installed. The explora was delivered in December the day before the public holiday, think it was the 16th. A woman phoned me about a week after it was delivered and wanted to install it same day. I couldn't as I was at work, I asked her to do it on the Saturday. She replied she will speak with the installer and let me know. Today is the 2nd of January 2021, no one contacted me. No contact number or email address was given so that I can follow up but they are deducting the money. They are so useless!
