Dealt with an extremely *********** woman Mandisa at the exit boom Virgin active gateway. Entered at about 9-10 am and validated my ticket at the gym. Validated the ticket at the ticket machine at about 10-10 am. At the exit boom the machine swallowed my ticked. Used intercom and spoke to Mandisa who accused me of being a ****- she told me I had lost my ticket and had to proceed to the ticket machine and pay a R50 fine. The more I explained that the boom machine had swallowed my ticked the more ruder and offensive she got. Eventually the supervisor Joseph came and found my ticket stuck in the machine. Mandisa should not be allowed to deal with the public and should be severely disciplined for her disgusting behavior.

Good Day i am stressed and devastated at Park Station, the ticket machines takes only cash. on my account i have R33.00 parking is only R15.00 in a normal machine that takes cards, i will have paid but unfortunately because the machine does not take cards, i just have to be here up until. i cant walk here in joburg is not safe. i am trying to call Servest for help they are not helping me to get out of the parking lot. my you please assist. regards Khashane

On 19 Dec 2021 I had a flight booked at 12h35 from OR Rambo to East London. It is about an hours drive for me to get to OR Tambo. I made arrangements with Mr Parking to leave my car with them. The drop off location changed due to covid and I got lost on my way to the drop off area. I phoned Mr Parking and the lady who answered the phone (unfortunately I don't know her name) immediately contacted the person who is waiting for my car and he phoned me. I explained where I was and Karel got into his car and not only did he fetch me but he also took my suitcase and literally ran with me (actually I was doing the running as he is a very tall guy and I am very short) to the check in counter. When I returned to Jhb Karel and another gentleman was waiting for me with my car, all smiles and friendly. A huge thank you to Karel and the staff of Mr Parking for their excellent service and literally going the extra mile to assist. You are great!

<p>I recently used these services from the Parking Company at OR Tambo International airport, on return my car was damaged and dirty.</p> <p>Morris the driver proceaded to physically threaten my child and I then broke my car key off in my ignition and refused to get out of my car. There were many onlookers and my child was terrified. I have never been so afraid.</p> <p>I phoned Charl the owner on ********** and he said Morris has received a similar complaint in the past but he is still in his employ, he then said he would contact me with more information in order for me to lay police charges against him and he never got back to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will NEVER recommend anyone to use this service, if you value your safety and that of your family NEVER use THE PARKING COMPANY at OR TAMBO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.</p> <p> </p>

I booked my Jeep Grand Cherokee in with The Parking Company on 29/10/2015 to be parked till 01/11/2015. Our flight back was delayed and we notified The Parking Company. They however took my car to the airport on the original arrival time and according to Tracker printout, reached speeds up to 172km/h.<br> According to Charl Badenhorst, he parked the car on the airport at a cost of R150.00. According to Tracker, the car wasn't parked at the airport but taken back to the storage facilities, over speeding and directly taken back to the airport, over speeding again.
