i paid up my account and even now it is not updated. when i call i to request the number for collection department. they are not giving us the numbers. you stay online the whole day.
i bought a car with beame tracking device, i was paying R100, when the people at the parking lot recruited me and said, maix telematic is the upgrade on beame and because i have beame, i will only pay R245, i agree with them and call the call center for beame, before installation and the consultant confirmed. to my surprise, when debit order came, it was more and out of my budget. i called to complain and send emails. up to today no one helped me. they decided to hand me over to their lawyers.
I had an account, and failed to pay it due to financial difficulty. now my account is paid up through, their legal, but is not being updated at credit bureaus. when i call customer care and explain, they hang the phone, when i write emails, no response. no one want to assist me and now i cant go forward with life.
Good Day i am stressed and devastated at Park Station, the ticket machines takes only cash. on my account i have R33.00 parking is only R15.00 in a normal machine that takes cards, i will have paid but unfortunately because the machine does not take cards, i just have to be here up until. i cant walk here in joburg is not safe. i am trying to call Servest for help they are not helping me to get out of the parking lot. my you please assist. regards Khashane
Good Day i took my car for service at VW princess Benoni on Wednesday morning and when i book i advised them that i am using liquid capital service plan. they request an authorization, and according to the service advisor they wanted many things which normally they do not need when they ask for authorization. the service advisor told me that he will call me on Friday if he can get authorization, but i saw that he is not calling. Then i called them at liquid capital but i was told that there are outstanding things from the service center, i then called service Centre, i was told that everything has been summitted and also copied me on the email. that was around 12h00 even now there is no authorization and i m supposed to use the car on weekend and also going for holidays. kindly help as liquid capital is not helping me at all. my worry is that i am funded my MFC division of nedbank for car finance and i also took this service plan via them and they took it with liquid capital which is not helping me when it comes to service and i am expected to pay them for the whole 4 years. i really need my car to be serviced as soon as possible. regards Khashane Molele
I got an accident one the first of June 2021. On the accident scene the tower acted as if he was taking pictures in my bonet, however he did not took them for upload, Between accident and warehouse they stole a washer bottle, nozzle and a rear number plate lamp. When the car arrived at Renew-It it was not having the bottle, nozzle and rear number plate lamp. When I call to request pictures they refer me to dialdirect and my insurance is not helping me out. Now I am stuck in between. My insurance initially put my car at risk by allowing first help to tow it.
