I Johannes Motsoeneng bought a car (Polo vivo) from Mazda Vereeniging last year July, I had a problem with my battery so l called Volkswagen to enquire about the battery but to my surprise Tumi from VW told me that she cannot assist me because the car that I got is trendline. Currently I'm paying for comfort line, that is what it says on my contract .I'm not really not happy with the service I got from the dealership because I'm paying for something I don't have and I insured the comfortline so what if I experience a problem with the car I have now, would the insurance pay?
I need dealership to sort this as soon as possible because it's now a year paying for something that I don't have and surely the installment is not the same.
