Vaal Networking switched off our internet without notifying us. When we contacted them to have a look because we assumed there was some sort of issue only then they informed us we apparently are due on our monthly installment. Upon investigation it was noticed we in fact have been paying 2 months in advance for quite a while. They did not even have the decency to apologize, just switched the internet back on after we sent them bank statements. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Will not recommend.
