Most professional, friendliest service I have received in quite a while and to top it all off the most affordable premium as well. From requesting a quote online to the phone application it was all user friendly. Would definitely recommend.
I've been with Budget Insurance for a few years now and have absolutely nothing negative to say about them and yes I have logged claims with them and yes I have multiple assets covered by them and yes before Budget I was insured by different Insurance service providers. Their agents are always so friendly and helpful. Would recommend them any day.
Vaal Networking switched off our internet without notifying us. When we contacted them to have a look because we assumed there was some sort of issue only then they informed us we apparently are due on our monthly installment. Upon investigation it was noticed we in fact have been paying 2 months in advance for quite a while. They did not even have the decency to apologize, just switched the internet back on after we sent them bank statements. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Will not recommend.
Never had any issues with Takealot until now, ordered my sons Christmas presents weeks ago only to find out it has been delivered to the wrong address after which the courier phoned me to confirm address and then rescheduled only to deliver it to the wrong address any way. Best part apparently we signed for this order. After a week of phone calls and unable to get hold of an entire branch no progress what so ever. For 3 years now they have been delivering and collecting from the same location now suddenly this. What is one to do, now my son has to go Christmas without presents which we purchased with our hard earned money. All because of someone else's incompetence. Unacceptable will definitely not recommend or support them any longer.
Have been struggling with an lay-by application since 30 May 2020. Will not recommend applying online. After numerous emails someone did contact me and they assisted me very well, afterwards I was referred to someone else and from there it went down hill again. Waiting days for simple replies on email, after all this time I receive an email telling me to be patient. All would have been fine if I just received feedback and did not have to wait so long for each reply. When I received the banking details I made payment straight away, surely I can expect the same response time?
Have been with Outsurance for a few years and never had any issues. Never had to wait for a call back, friendly and helpful service always, the mobile app is also super user friendly, can process a claim within 2 minutes without any hassles. Will definitely recommend.
Have no complaints with my bank (FNB). Reasonable pricing, great service, awesome cellphone app. Sometimes they just take long to assist/get back to you but overall it is a great bank.
I had a Game (RCS) account for a while. I decided to settle and close the account since I had the funds to do so. I requested a settlement letter, received it the same day and made payment straight after. A few days later I queried if payment was received and was informed that the payment has cleared. Since payment was made until today I have not received any feedback on the closure / status of the closure of the account and not for the lack of trying because I have been sending multiple emails everyday and simply do not receive any feedback. Why is it so difficult to just send and email or make a call, I am not asking much. If the account has been closed I only want confirmation.
Wondering if anyone works at MTN. Been a week since I posted and pleaded for help/assistance and still nothing. I have emailed the people who assisted me the whole time, every day last week as well as today with no response what so ever. Now I have to pay for something which is FREE and which I also cannot use at all, this is not fair. None of this was my mistake. My whole bill is a mess and no one seems to be able to rectify it. I will never ever recommend using MTN. I did not want to fight or complain but this is totally unacceptable.
On 12th of July I requested a copy of my contract which I never received upon delivery as should. With my contract I was supposed to receive a free mifi router and 500MB of data. I received the router but no simcard for it, which was fine, I had to go on my own time and buy a simcard, after this was done I sent the number to the person assisting me on the 21st of July. I received no reply until 1st of August, this was also fine. The number for the router was only activated on 8th of August, this was also fine, during this time multiple emails were sent, most of the times I did not receive a reply, this was fine. So after the number was activated the courier came to deliver another phone, I was instructed to not sign and send back the products, which I did, at this point the router simcard was again made inactive until MTN received the products again which were wrongfully sent. Again, this was fine, so I see my bill on the MTN app does not seem right, I contact the people who are assisting me the whole time, where Im told to just pay and when my contract is finished they will explain to me how the process works indicating that I did something wrong. All of this was fine but when I received my latest invoice and saw I now have to pay for the FREE router and its 500MB I lost it, I have not even been able to use the router at any time. I can not understand what I did wrong. Do not know what to do anymore.
