Unmatched Customer Service

Would like to thank Mr. Donavan Bekker who is a Parts Salesman at Vaal Toyota Vereeniging who went out of his way that my car that had a worn-out V-belt did not leave the Dealership without a newly fitted one even though I had arrived late in the afternoon just before 3pm. His sense of urgency, the concern for my safety, level of service and how he advocated and engagement was unmatched. Thank you and keep up the good work.
