I took my car in for service on 05/03/2025 and was assisted by Bongani Ndamane for an express service for my Toyota Etios. Thank you for the best service ever Bongani was friendly and welcoming. No words can explain my gratitude.

Rating should be zero but I do not have that option. I took my Rav4d in for her 180thoussnd km. service on the 7th November 2024, collected my that afternoon. The following day when I start my car it struggle to start. Told Toyota that I have a problem but wil let them know. Took my car to them on the 10 th of November after I really struggle to get it started and it made a terrible noise. Took my car in on the 18th and said they must please sort out my car, got it back at 16h30 the following day, still no problem solved. On the 22nd I burnt out my car starter as my car did not want to start, got towed to Rustenburg Toyota were the replaced the injectors. Got my car back problem still no solve. On the 3 of January 2025 my car dit not want to start again, my son towed the car to Toyota Vereeniging and stayed while the look for the fault, and the fault were the diesel pump. As I said from the beginning it started with my service, when they replaced the diesel filter a piece of dirt got into the diesel pump and that were the cause of all the problems. Do they put clowns to work on the cars or diesel mechanics. No response from Toyota SA service were nearly R8000.00 injectors with starter R41821.87 car hire R4000.00 that for just a service I will spread the word that Toyota SA are to big to care for the normal citizens or the elderly people of South Africa.

There is this one lady who just decides that my car will be handle by her when I bring it for service at Vaal Toyota her name is Hi, I am (daleen)magdalena Cloudina Van Wyk, your Service Advisor at Vaal Toyota Vereeniging who will be taking care of your vehicle today. Please feel free to contact me should you have any queries. She misleads clients and tell them that the vehicle is ready for collection knowing very well that she s not true. She will say the vehicle has been washed whilst it’s not true. I tried to ask for someone to help me on previous occasions and twice I was assisted by Bongani and in less than 2 hours my car was well serviced and washed but on three occasions I was assisted by Cloudina van Wyk and I got the worst treatment ever. She puts white clients 1st and treat them differently.

Kudos to Alastair and his team for walking the extra mile and great customer service. I'm from Ballito and recently visited the Vaal Toyota Branch to book a service for my Toyota CHR. I'm very impressed with Alastair's team handling my booking. Will support them again.

This is for Eugene Supra (Finance and Insurance , Vaal Toyota Vereeniging)... I had an issue with my Toyota and Eugene was super helpful and professional throughout the process. He kept a personal touch and saw the matter through until it was resolved.

Hi, Would like to thank Mr. Donavan Bekker who is a Parts Salesman at Vaal Toyota Vereeniging who went out of his way that my car that had a worn-out V-belt did not leave the Dealership without a newly fitted one even though I had arrived late in the afternoon just before 3pm. His sense of urgency, the concern for my safety, level of service and how he advocated and engagement was unmatched. Thank you and keep up the good work.

I was employed by vaal toyota sasolburg in march and due to corona virus pandemic i was told to stay home and they will call me when they need me and that they have applied to the government for the employees which earned less then R6500 and that they should stay home and recieve R3500 during the time of corona virus pandemic. I was made to work for the month of june and got the payment for corona in july and i havent been paid since. I then contacted them to ask for a termination letter so that i may start applying instead they told me to resign. And i havent heard from them since .
